DJ European Shares To Open Higher, Euro And Bonds Lower

European shares are expected to open higher Monday, alongside a strengthening dollar and weaker bonds, in the wake of the U.S. financial regulators' decision to allow Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to borrow directly from the Federal Reserve. It was also proposed that the Treasury Department be given the authority to take equity stakes in the two mortgage finance companies.
